Context

Newtuple is a GenAI consulting company based in Pune. They design, build, and operate AI agents and applications for enterprises, taking projects all the way from prototype to production deployment. Their work spans aviation, healthcare, financial services, HR tech, and sales operations.

When I joined, Newtuple had real delivery capability, a growing client list, and strong word-of-mouth. What they did not have was a content presence that reflected any of that. No consistent social output, no blog cadence, and an inbound lead pipeline that existed on paper but was not producing anything. New business came almost entirely through referrals and outbound.

My Role

GenAI Marketing Specialist at Newtuple Technologies for 6 months. Owned social media content, blog production, brand positioning, and content strategy end-to-end. Worked directly with the founder and collaborated with the engineering team to keep content technically accurate.

What I Did
01

Built Newtuple's social media content calendar from scratch. Defined the posting cadence, content mix, and brand voice across LinkedIn and X before publishing anything.

02

Wrote and published platform-optimized content consistently: 3 LinkedIn posts per week and 3 tweets per day for the full duration of the engagement. Every piece was tied to what Newtuple actually does.

03

Led blog production end-to-end, at least one post per week; wrote about emerging GenAI models, real-world AI deployment patterns, and industry-specific use cases. Took academic papers and technical concepts and translated them into content that business decision-makers could actually read and use.

04

Worked cross-functionally with Newtuple's engineers and team leads to make sure content messaging aligned with how they actually built things.

05

Revamped Newtuple's brand positioning on social media to reflect their actual strength: a team that ships GenAI to production across industries at scale. That specificity is what made the content resonate with the right audience.

06

Used analytics to track what was working across impressions, engagement, and follower growth, and iterated the content strategy accordingly.

Key Insight

Newtuple's target audience was mostly CEOs and VPs, technical people, but not the kind who spend time reading LLM papers. Writing about quantization, RAG pipelines, or chunking strategies in a digestible way hit a sweet spot nobody else was writing for. They were not beginners, but they were not ML engineers either, and I found the middle ground where the content worked early on.

Newtuple had the delivery track record. The job was to make that visible. Once the content started reflecting specific outcomes and real deployment experience instead of broad AI claims, the right people started finding it and had a reason to reach out. Specificity beats volume in a noisy category.
